Preparation: Laissez décongeler 5 à 8h au réfrigérateur puis rincez à l'eau froide avant utilisation. Décongélation rapide : plongez les crevettes environ 15 à 30 minutes dans l'eau froide. Cuisson à la poêle : Faites revenir les crevettes avec un filet d'huile d'olive pendant 3 à 4 minutes.
