Other information: 300g e / Congelé / XL 14-25 pièces Les gambas d'Argentine sont des crevettes de grosse taille pêchées dans les eaux froides et profondes de l'océan Atlantique Sud-Ouest. Elles se caractérisent par une couleur rouge naturelle et une chair tendre et goûteuse. Crues décortiquées / Recette au dos

Preparation: À consommer complètement cuit. Avec décongélation préalable : Décongelez sous l'eau froide pendant plusieurs minutes ou mettez au réfrigérateur la veille de l'utilisation. Séchez dans du papier absorbant. Mettez dans une poêle huilée ou sur une plancha et laissez cuire une minute de chaque côté. Sans décongélation préalable : Mettez à bouillir de l'eau avec une pincée de sel et ajoutez les gambas. Laissez cuire une minute après le retour de l'ébullition. Retirez et mettez à refroidir dans de l'eau glacée salée pendant 2-3 minutes. Égouttez et servez.

Recipe idea: QUEUES DE GAMBAS À L'AIL ET AU PERSIL 2 personnes - 15 minutes Ingrédients : - 300g de queues de gambas - 1 dl d'huile d'olive - 1 gousse d'ail - 1 branche de persil - Sel Décongelez les queues de gambas sous l'eau froide, égouttez. Coupez l'ail en lamelles. Chauffez l'huile dans une poêle et mettez l'ail. Quand il commence à dorer, ajoutez les queues de gambas et laissez cuire pendant 2 minutes. Salez et saupoudrez de persil.
