C'est l'une des cinq espèces de courges les plus couramment cultivées. Avec les légumes Carrefour, faites-vous plaisir chaque jour. Preparation: A la vapeur : Dans un panier vapeur placé au-dessus d'une eau frémissante, couvrez et laissez cuire 6 minutes. A l'autocuiseur : Faites cuire 3 minutes à partir de la mise en rotation de la soupape A la casserole : Faites cuire 8 minutes à partir de la reprise du frémissement de l'eau Au micro-onde : Faites cuire à couvert le temps indiqué : pour 300g 750w = 8 min et 900w = 6 min

Recipe idea: Risotto à la courge et aux lardons: Ingrédients: 400 g de courge surgelée Carrefour 1 oignon 60 g de beurre 150 g de lardons fumés 350 g de riz rond ou arborio 60 g de parmesan râpé 15 cl de vin blanc sec sel poivre 1,2 litre de bouillon chaud Préparation : 1/ Pelez et émincez finement l'oignon. 2/ Dans un petit faitout, faites fondre l'oignon émincé dans 30 g de beurre. Versez le riz et remuez pendant une minute environ (les grains de riz doivent devenir translucide). Ajoutez les lardons, remuez, arrosez avec le vin blanc sec. Laissez-le s'évaporer. Ajoutez les dés de potiron, salez légèrement et poivrez. Mélangez. 3/ Versez par louches le bouillon chaud sur le riz, en attendant que chaque louche ait été absorbée avant d'en ajouter une autre. 4/ En fin de cuisson, incorporez 30 g de beurre et le parmesan râpé. 5/ Laissez reposer cinq minutes à couvert, hors du feu. Servez sans attendre. bon appétit !
