Preparation: Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante, versez les fusilli (80 g par personne). Laissez cuire 6 minutes pour des pâtes al dente. Égouttez et assaisonnez à votre goût. + picto cuisson casserole 6 min

Recipe idea: Fusilli de pois cassés aux courgettes et maïs 250 g de fusilli de pois cassés 2 courgettes Brins de ciboulette 1 boîte de maïs 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive Sel et poivre pour l'assaisonnement Dans une poêle avec l'huile d'olive, faire cuire les courgettes préalablement découpées en tranches pendant 10 minutes. Pendant ce temps, porter de l'eau salée à ébullition dans une casserole. Ajouter les fusilli de pois cassés, laisser cuire 6 minutes et égoutter. Ajouter les pâtes aux courgettes puis le maïs.
