Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. À la poêle : Faites cuire les seiches avec un filet d'huile d'olive, du sel et du poivre pendant 8 à 10 minutes en remuant régulièrement. Servez très chaud, arrosez de jus de citron et parsemez de persil haché. Au four : Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Disposez les seiches dans un plat de cuisson avec un filet d'huile d'olive, du sel et du poivre. Laissez cuire pendant 8 minutes. À la casserole : Plongez les petites seiches dans l'eau bouillante et laissez cuire à petits bouillons pendant 5 minutes à partir de la reprise du frémissement. Décongélation : Laissez décongeler 4 à 6 heures au réfrigérateur. Au four micro-ondes : Mettez les petites seiches dans un plat adapté et faites décongeler 5 à 10 minutes en position décongélation.
