Preparation: Faites frémir 2 litres d'eau salée. Ajoutez selon les goûts, un bouillon de volaille ou un filet d'huile. L'eau ne doit jamais bouillir ! Une fois l'eau frémissante, sortez la barquette du réfrigérateur et retirez les papiers de chaque plaque. Empilez vos plaques de ravioles et agitez-les à la verticale au contact de l'eau. Ne sortez pas la barquette à l'avance afin que les ravioles conservent une bonne tenue lors de la cuisson. Remuez avec une cuillère pendant 60 secondes et retirez-les délicatement à l'aide d'une écumoire. Servez sans attendre avec un filet de crème ou d'huile d'olive. Excellent appétit !
Conservation conditions: A conserver entre 0°C et +4°C et à consommer jusqu'au/N° de lot : voir sur le film supérieur de la barquette. A consommer immédiatement après ouverture. Conditionné sous atmosphère protectrice.
