Preparation: À consommer après cuisson. Sans décongélation préalable. À la poêle : Versez 450g d'oignons rouges émincés dans une poêle à revêtement antiadhésif contenant un peu d'huile d'olive. Laissez-les cuire à feu moyen 8 minutes en remuant régulièrement. Au four à micro-ondes 750 W : Versez 450g d'oignons rouges émincés avec un peu d'huile dans un plat adapté au four à micro-ondes. Recouvrez-le d'un film micro-ondable et faites cuire pendant 20 minutes. Adaptez le temps de cuisson selon les spécificités de votre appareil.
Conservation conditions: À consommer de préférence avant fin : voir ci-contre. À conserver 24h au réfrigérateur à +5°C et jusqu'à la date de durabilité minimale dans un congélateur*** à -18°C.
