Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. Au four à micro-ondes disposant d'une fonction gril : retirer le film plastique et faire cuire environ 12 minutes à 600 Watts puis environ 15 minutes sous le gril. Au four traditionnel : préchauffer le four à 220°C (th. 6) (chaleur tournante : 200 °C (th. 6-7 )). Retirer le film plastique et placer la barquette avec le produit sur une plaque au milieu du four. Faire cuire environ 40-45 minutes. Nous vous recommandons la préparation au four traditionnel.
