Preparation: CONSEILS DE PRÉPARATION POUR UN SACHET À la casserole Faire bouillir 400 ml de lait demi-écrémé et 400 ml d'eau dans une casserole. Saler à votre convenance. Verser les flocons en pluie tout en remuant. Laisser reposer 30 secondes puis mélanger doucement à l'aide d'une cuillère. Faire chauffer pendant 5 à 6 minutes (puissance 750 watts). Ajouter beurre, crème, comme bon vous semble.
