Preparation: Préparation classique : Dans un plat creux, verser un verre d'eau bouillante salée puis verser en pluie un verre de graines de couscous et mélanger. Couvrir 5 minutes. Ajouter une noix de beurre . Egrainer à la fourchette . Préparation au micro-ondes : Dans un plat adapté, verser un verre de graines de Couscous et un verre d'eau salée. Remuer, couvrir et placer au micro-ondes pendant 4 à 5 minutes (800W). Ajouter une noix de beurre. Egrainer à la fourchette.
