Preparation: Sortir l'escalope cordon bleu de dinde du sachet et la réchauffer : AU FOUR TRADITIONNEL : Préchauffer le four à 200 °C (thermostat 6/7), laisser réchauffer 10 minutes. A LA POELE: Faire dorer à feu doux, 4 minutes de chaque côté, avec ou sans matière grasse. Afin de conserver toutes les qualités du produit, nous déconseillons le réchauffage au four à micro-ondes.
