Preparation: Au four traditionnel : préchauffer le four 10 min à 200 °C (th.6/7). Mettre les beignets dans un plat allant au four et réchauffer 12 min en les retournant à mi-cuisson. À la poêle : faire revenir les beignets 5 min à feu doux dans une poêle antiadhésive en les retournant régulièrement. La sauce se consomme froide. L'utilisation du four à micro-ondes est déconseillée.
