Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. A la poêle: Chauffer 3 à 4 cuillères à soupe d'huile dans une poêle. Déposer quelques Rösti surgelés bien à plat dans la poêle. Laisser réchauffer environ 10 minutes en les retournant de temps en temps. Au four: Préchauffer le four 10 minutes à 210 °C (Th. 7). Etaler les Rösti surgelés sur une plaque à pâtisserie en les espaçant bien. Laisser chauffer 15 à 20 minutes en les retournant à mi-cuisson. A la friteuse: Faire chauffer l'huile de la friteuse à 175 °C. Plonger les Rösti surgelés par petites quantités dans la friteuse. Laisser cuire pendant 3 à 4 minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés et croustillants. Lors de cuissons successives, il est important d'attendre que la température de l'huile soit à nouveau à 175 °C.
