Preparation: Mode de préparation du pain à partir de levure boulangère sèche Ingrédients : - 500g de farine de blé, - 300g d'eau tiède (froide si vous utilisez une machine à pain), - 1 cuillère à café et demi de sel, - 2 sachets de 5g de levure boulangère (1 seul si vous utilisez une machine à pain). Préparation : 1- Mélanger la farine et le sel dans un saladier. 2- Faire un puits et y verser la levure puis l'eau tiède. 3- Pétrir pendant 6 minutes jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène et élastique. 4- Couvrir le saladier avec un torchon et laisser reposer 30 minutes. 5- Etaler la pâte puis former une boule et la placer sur une plaque de cuisson huilée. Recouvrir la boule avec le saladier et laisser lever encore 40 minutes. 6- Préchauffer le four à 220°C (th. 7/8). 7- Faire des entailles sur la boule. Placer un ramequin d'eau sur la plaque et enfourner à mi-hauteur. Laisser cuire 30 à 40 minutes. En machine à pain, utiliser le programme recommandé et incorporer les ingrédients dans l'ordre suivant : eau froide, sel, farine puis 1 sachet de levure boulangère.
