Preparation: Préchauffez votre four en position grill. Retirez l'opercule. Saupoudrez votre crème brûlée avec le contenu du sachet d'éclats de caramel. Placez le pot sous le grill pendant environ 1 minute 30. Sortez-le du four et laissez-le refroidir quelques instants pour obtenir une fine couche craquante de caramel.
