Preparation: Produit à consommer cuit. Sans décongélation préalable : A la vapeur : Placer les noix de Saint-Jacques bien à plat dans le panier vapeur au-dessus d'un court-bouillon frémissant. Couvrir et laisser cuire 5 à 7 minutes. Au court - bouillon : Plonger les noix de Saint-Jacques dans un court-bouillon froid. Porter à ébullition et laisser frémir pendant 4 minutes après ébullition, égoutter et passer sous l'eau froide. A la poêle : Saisir les noix de Saint-Jacques dans un peu d'huile d'olive pendant 3 minutes par face environ, à feu vif.
