Preparation: Ce produit doit être consommé cuit Sans décongélation préalable. Au four à micro-ondes : sortir les merlus de l'emballage, les déposer dans un plat adapté. Arroser les merlus d'un filet d'huile et assaisonner à votre goût. Laisser cuire 5 à 7 minutes à puissance maximale (800-850 W). A la poêle : dans un peu de matière grasse, faire cuire les merlus pendant environ 12 à 16 minutes environ à feu vif, en les retournant régulièrement. Au court-bouillon : plonger le merlu dans une casserole contenant un court-bouillon. Porter à ébullition et laisser frémir pendant 8 minutes environ. Au four traditionnel : préchauffer le four à 180°C (th. 6). Sortir les merlus de l'emballage, les déposer dans un plat adapté. Arroser les merlus d'un filet d'huile et assaisonner à votre goût. Laisser cuire 25 à 30 minutes à 180°C (th. 6).
