Preparation: Ce produit doit être consommé cuit. Sans décongélation après rinçage à l'eau froide. Au court-bouillon : plonger les crevettes dans un court bouillon porté à ébullition. Laisser cuire 5 à 6 minutes environ dès la reprise du frémissement. Egoutter et rafraîchir immédiatement. Au grill/barbecue : cuire pendant 8 à 12 minutes. À la poêle : cuire à feu moyen avec de la matière grasse en couvrant 9 à 12 minutes. Au four traditionnel : cuire au four à 240°C (thermostat 8) pendant 9 à 14 minutes avec un filet d'huile d'olive.
