Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. A la poêle : chauffer les cordons bleus de poulet pendant 23 minutes à feu doux sans ajout de matière grasse en les retournant régulièrement et en couvrant la poêle avec un couvercle. Au four traditionnel : préchauffer le four à 210 °C (Th.7) puis enfourner les cordons bleus de poulet pendant 16 minutes (retourner à mi-cuisson).
