Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. À la casserole : Plonger les fleurettes dans l'eau bouillante légèrement salée et laisser cuire 5 à 7 minutes à partir de la reprise de l'ébullition. Egoutter et assaisonner. Au four à micro-ondes (850 W) : Verser les fleurettes dans un plat adapté, ajouter 100 ml d'eau et cuire pendant : - pour 200 g : 4 à 6 minutes. - pour 400 g : 6 à 8 minutes. - pour 600 g : 8 à 10 minutes. - pour 1 kg : 10 à 12 minutes. Remuer à mi-cuisson. Egoutter et patienter quelques minutes avant de servir. Assaisonner.
