Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. Au four à micro-ondes : Poser le sachet en le perçant de 4 à 5 trous sur une assiette. Faire cuire à 750 Watts : 6 minutes pour 1 sachet. Laisser reposer 2 minutes. Agiter délicatement le sachet puis l'ouvrir à l'aide de ciseaux et verser le produit. Servir bien chaud. Au bain-marie : Plonger les sachets dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. Laisser cuire dans l'eau frémissante pendant 20 minutes environ. Sortir les sachets à l'aide d'une fourchette, les agiter délicatement avant de les découper, puis déposer leur contenu dans une assiette.
