Preparation: ETAPE 1 : Préchauffez le four traditionnel à 200ºC (th.6/7) ou le four à chaleur tournante à 180ºC (th.6). Placez le sachet cuisson dans un plat allant au four, puis mettre 4 côtes de porc ou 800g de rôti à l'intérieur. Ajoutez 1 cuillère à soupe d'eau froide et saupoudrez avec l'assaisonnement. Fermez le sachet avec l'attache. ETAPE 2 : Massez afin que l'assaisonnement soit réparti de façon homogène. Piquez le dessus du sachet en 3 endroits. ETAPE 3 : Placez le plat sur une grille en bas du four. Laissez cuire 25 min pour les côtes de porc ou 1h15 pour un rôti. À la sortie du four, laissez reposer 5 min. Attention à ne pas vous brûler avec la vapeur lors de l'ouverture du sachet. C'est prêt !
