Preparation: Au four traditionnel : préchauffer le four à 210°C (thermostat 7). Placer les nuggets sur une plaque ou dans un plat adapté et faire cuire 10 minutes en les retournant à mi-cuisson. A la poêle : faire dorer les nuggets à feu doux 8 minutes en les retournant à mi-cuisson, dans une poêle anti-adhésive sans ajout de matière grasse. Afin de conserver toutes les qualités du produit, nous déconseillons le réchauffage au four à micro-ondes.
