Preparation: Porter à ébullition 2 litres d'eau légèrement salée dans une grande casserole. Verser doucement les pâtes dans l'eau sans les séparer. Laisser reprendre une légère ébullition et laisser cuire pendant 3 à 4 minutes. Sortir les pâtes délicatement avec une écumoire pour les égoutter. Accommoder à votre convenance avec un filet d'huile d'olive, des copeaux de parmesan ou votre sauce préférée.
