Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. A la casserole : Plonger les fleurettes de brocolis dans l'eau bouillante légèrement salée. Laisser cuire 5 à 7 minutes à partir de la reprise de l'ébullition. Egoutter et assaisonner à votre convenance. Au four à micro-ondes (850 Watts) : Verser les fleurettes de brocolis dans un plat adapté, ajouter 100 ml d'eau, cuire pendant : 4 à 6 minutes pour 200 g, 6 à 8 minutes pour 400 g, 8 à 10 minutes pour 600 g. Remuer à mi-cuisson, égoutter et patienter quelques minutes avant de servir. Assaisonner à votre convenance.
