Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. À la casserole : verser les épinards dans une casserole d'eau bouillante préalablement salée. Porter de nouveau à ébullition, puis laisser cuire à feu moyen en remuant régulièrement : - 12 minutes pour 200 g - 16 minutes pour 600 g. Égoutter avant de servir. Au four à micro-ondes (900 W) : déposer les épinards dans un plat adapté au four à micro-ondes. Couvrir et laisser cuire le temps indiqué en remuant à mi-cuisson : - 7 minutes pour 200 g - 11 minutes pour 600 g. Égoutter avant de servir.
