Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. À la casserole : verser la quantité souhaitée de légumes encore surgelés dans de l'eau bouillante salée. Sans couvrir, laisser cuire environ 20 minutes dans une eau frémissante. À l'autocuiseur : verser le contenu du sachet encore surgelé dans deux litres d'eau bouillante salée. Fermer l'autocuiseur et laisser cuire 10 à 12 minutes à partir de la mise en rotation de la soupape. Après cuisson, mixer les légumes avec la quantité d'eau souhaitée puis assaisonner selon votre goût.
