Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. - À la poêle : Verser les légumes dans une poêle chaude et faire réchauffer à feu moyen le temps indiqué en remuant de temps en temps. Optimiser ces temps en utilisant un couvercle. Pour 300 g : 5 minutes. Pour 600 g : 8 à 9 minutes. - Au four à micro-ondes (800W): Déposer les légumes dans un plat adapté au four à micro-ondes. Couvrir et laisser chauffer en position cuisson le temps indiqué. Remuer à mi-réchauffage. Laisser reposer les légumes dans le four à micro-ondes porte fermée pendant 1 minute. Pour 300 g : 5 minutes. Pour 600 g : 8 à 9 minutes
