Preparation: :Dosage de dilution : 1 cuillère à café bombée dans 10cl de liquide (eau , jus de cuisson, vin, crème...) par personne. Conseils de préparation : 1- Verser la préparation déshydratée en pluie dans le liquide bouillant ou froid.2- Porter à ébullition et laisser cuire 3 minutes à feu doux tout en remuant à l'aide d'un fouet.3- Utiliser cette préparation pour réaliser des sauces, préparer des ragoûts, cuire des rôtis...Le fond de veau est la base culinaire par excellence, idéale pour la réalisation de tous les plats à base de viande quel que soit le mode de cuisson choisi.
