Preparation: :Sortir le foie gras du réfrigérateur 15 minutes avant de le servir. Passer le bocal fermé sous l'eau chaude pendant 30 secondes environ. Ouvrir le bocal en tirant sur les deux languettes du joint. Passer l'index et le majeur sous l'anse, à l'intérieur du bocal, la pincer avec le pouce et tirer. Trancher le foie gras à l'aide d'un couteau à lame fine préalablement trempée dans l'eau chaude ou d'une lyre. Déguster votre foie gras avec des toasts grillés ou du pain de campagne, accompagné d'un confit de figues ou d'oignons.
