Preparation: :Le micro-ondes est fortement déconseillé. Selon la tradition, enrober les nems dans des feuilles de salade et de menthe et les tremper dans la sauce nuoc mam. La sauce nuoc mam se consomme froide..à la poêle:Réchauffer les nems à feu doux pendant 12 min. en les retournant régulièrement..Au four traditionnel:préchauffer le four pendant 10 min. à 200°C (th. 7). Placer les nems dans un plat allant au four. Réchauffer pendant 12 min. à mi-hauteur.
