Preparation: au four:Préchauffer le four 10 min. à 210°C (th7). Verser les pommes dauphine encore surgelées sur la plaque du four en prenant bien soin de les disposer sur une seule couche. Placer la plaque à mi-hauteur du four et laisser cuire de 15 à 20 min. jusqu'à l'obtention d'une couleur dorée.
