Preparation: au four:Sortir la pâte du réfrigérateur 5 minutes avant utilisation. Préchauffer le four à 200°C (Th.6/7) pendant 10 minutes environ. Dérouler la pâte avec son papier cuisson et la placer dans le moule. Découper les excédents de papier. Piquer le fond avec une fourchette et garnir selon votre goût. Faire cuire 30 à 40 minutes à 200°C (Th. 6/7). Le temps est à adapter en fonction de la coloration dorée de la pâte.
