Preparation: :Recette pour un gâteau au yaourt :Ingrédients : - Préparation pour pâtisserie sans gluten 190 g - Yaourt 125 g - Sucre 150 g - Œufs entiers : 3- Huile de tournesol (ou beurre fondu) 55 g- 1 sachet de levure chimique- 1 sachet de sucre vanilléRecette à la main : 1. Dans un saladier, mélanger à l'aide d'une maryse les œufs et le yaourt 2. Ajouter ensuite le sucre et le sucre vanillé puis mélanger 3. Incorporer la préparation pour pâtisserie et mélanger4. Ajouter la levure. Mélanger5. Ajouter l'huile (ou le beurre fondu). Mélanger5. Beurrer ensuite un moule à cake et le garnir avec la mélange lisse et homogène obtenu6. Enfourner le gâteau dans un four ventilé préchauffé à 180°C et laisser cuire à mi hauteur du four environ 45 minutes Recette pour crêpes sans gluten (6 crêpes) :Ingrédients : - Préparation pour pâtisserie sans gluten 110 g - Œufs entiers : 2- Lait 250 mL- Beurre fondu ou margarine végétale 15 g- Sel 1 pincéeRecette à la main :1.
