Preparation: :Au four traditionnel :Préchauffer le four à 180°C (Thermostat 6). Enlever le film protégeant les escargots, disposer l'assiette aluminium directement dans le four. Chauffer pendant 10 à 12 minutes. Servir dès que le beurre commence à grésiller. Ne pas mettre au four micro-ondes.
