Preparation: idée recette:girasole champignons mascarpone et crème de parmesan - plonger les girasole dans l'eau bouillante salée et laisser cuire 3 à 4 minutes. - dans une sauteuse, faire revenir 1 échalote et 200g de champignons finement hachés. Une fois doré, ajouter 250ml de crème liquide et 50g de parmesan. Laisser cuire à feu moyen pendant 5 min. - égoutter les girasole et verser les dans la sauce crémeuse.BON APPETIT! .Saucepan preparation:CONSEILS DE PRÉPARATION À LA CASSEROLE: 1) Plonger les girasoles dans un grand volume d'eau en ébullition. 2) Réduire l'ébullition et laisser cuire 3 à 4 minutes. 3) Égoutter (idéalment à l'aide d'une écumoire) 4) Accommoder de la sauce de votre choix.
