Preparation: au four:"Préchauffer le four à 220°C (Th7) pendant 10 min. Dérouler la pâte avec son papier cuisson et la placer dans le moule. Découper le papier excédentaire. Piquer le fond avec une fourchette et garnir selon votre goût. Faites cuire pendant 30 à 35 minutes à 180-200°C (Th. 6). Le temps de cuisson est à adapter en fonction de la coloration dorée de la pâte.
