Warning: Cette boisson se conserve à une température < 8°C. Elle continue à fermenter et gagnera en acidité et en gaz durant sa durée optimale de conservation de 3 mois. Elle peut voyager ou rester 2 à 3 jours à température ambiante (< 20°C) durant sa durée de vie. Elle ne périme pas au sens sécurité alimentaire, nous mettons une date de durabilité minimale, car c'est la durée où nous garantissons le côté vivant. Au fur et à mesure, les micro-organismes commencent à disparaitre, la boisson perd ainsi de sa caractéristique principale, et devient très acidulée et très gazeuse.

Conservation conditions: A conserver au frais avant et après ouverture. Ne pas secouer. Ouvrir très lentement. Après ouverture à consommer dans la semaine. A consommer de préférence avant la date indiquée sur l'étiquette. La présence d'un léger dépôt est normale, c'est artisanal :) Retournez doucement la bouteille pour le faire disparaître.
