Ajoutez 4 cuillères à soupe de Sauceline® pour Sauces Brunes MAIZENA® (32 g). Mélangez et laissez mijoter 1 minute à feu doux. • POUR UNE VIANDE ROUGE À LA POÊLE 4 personnes Lorsque la viande est cuite, retirez-la de la poêle. Versez 250 ml de liquide (eau, bouillon, vin...) dans la poêle sur les sucs de cuisson. Ajoutez 2 cuillères à soupe de Sauceline® pour Sauces Brunes MAIZENA® (16 g) dans le liquide bouillant. Mélangez et laissez mijoter 1 minute à feu doux. • POUR LIER OU RATTRAPER UNE SAUCE (sauce madère, sauce au vin, sauce au poivre, sauce bolognaise...) 4 personnes Portez la sauce à ébullition, puis ajoutez 4 cuillères à soupe de Sauceline® pour Sauces Brunes MAIZENA® (32 g) pour 1/2 litre de liquide. Mélangez à l'aide d'un fouet et laissez mijoter 1 minute à feu doux.
