Preparation: En gratin (four traditionnel 200° C) : versez la sauce sur vos légumes, pâtes ou pommes de terre encore chauds, saupoudrez d'emmental râpé et passez sous le grill 5 à 10 minutes. En nappage (micro-ondes 500 W) : versez la béchamel dans un bol, couvrez. Faites chauffer 3 minutes et mélangez. A la casserole : faites chauffer 3 minutes à feu doux en remuant sans laisser bouillir.

Conservation conditions: Se conserve 3 jours au réfrigérateur après ouverture.
