Preparation: Comment bien préparer le biberon de votre bébé ? Nettoyez votre plan de travail puis lavez-vous soigneusement les mains. Utilisez un biberon et ses accessoires propres, rincés et séchés impérativement. Consultez le tableau des quantités recommandées pour connaître le volume d'eau exact à verser dans le biberon. Versez l'eau et faites tiédir (max. 40°C) si vous le souhaitez. Ajoutez le nombre exact de mesurettes de poudre correspondant au volume d'eau. Arasez chaque mesurette sur le rebord. Puis, déposez la mesurette sur son support dans la boîte et fermez la boîte. Fermez le biberon avec la bague et la tétine. Faites rouler le biberon entre vos mains pour faire descendre la poudre de lait puis agitez-le de haut en bas jusqu'à dissolution complète. Contrôlez la température sur la face interne de votre avant-bras. Les quantités recommandées pour votre bébé : dosages à respecter impérativement : une mesurette arasée (4,6 g) dans 30 ml d'eau. Une quantité inappropriée de poudre peut conduire à la déshydratation ou priver votre enfant d'une nutrition adéquate. La fréquence des biberons et les quantités à préparer sont des indications moyennes. Le volume et le nombre de biberons sont à ajuster par les professionnels de santé aux besoins de chaque enfant. Tout changement de formule peut entrainer, chez certains bébés, des modifications transitoires de la fréquence et de la consistance des selles sans qu'il faille s'en inquiéter.
