Preparation: Pour 4 escalopes fines de poulet (env 120 g par escalope). Préchauffez votre poêle 3 minutes : gaz à feu doux, électrique à feu moyen. Placez l'escalope d'une épaisseur max de 2 cm sur un côté de la feuille de cuisson et recouvrez. Appuyez pour bien couvrir l'escalope. Faites de même pour les autres escalopes. Placez les escalopes enveloppées dans la poêle sans ajouter de matière grasse. Faites cuire environ 8 minutes de chaque côté : gaz à feu doux, électrique à feu moyen. En fonction de l'épaisseur des escalopes, prolongez jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien cuites. Inutile de saler.
