Preparation: Soupes + onctueuses Sauces + légères Délayez la Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® dans un verre de liquide froid (eau, lait, bouillon). Puis ajoutez au liquide chaud de votre préparation. Pour 25 cl de sauce, 1 L de soupe ou 25 cl de crème + Onctueuses, bien liées Délayez 2 cuillères à soupe rases (20 g) de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® + Fluides Délayez 1 cuillère à soupe rase (10 g) de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® + Légères Dans vos sauces, remplacez votre roux (matière grasse + farine) par de la Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® ex : Béchamel + légère (voir recette au dos). Gâteaux et Cakes + moelleux Remplacez une partie de la farine par de la Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® Gâteau chocolat / nature 100% de la Farine à remplacer par : 50% de Farine + 50% de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® Fondant chocolat 100% de la Farine à remplacer par : 100% de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® Cake (salé ou sucré) 100% de la Farine à remplacer par : 50% de Farine + 50% de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® Cookies (20 pièces) 100% de la Farine à remplacer par : 60% de Farine + 40% de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® Crêpes + réussies et sans grumeaux 100 g de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® - 100 g de farine - 50 cl de lait - 4 œufs - 2 sachets de sucre vanillé alsa®. Dans un saladier, délayez la Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® et la farine dans le lait. Ajoutez les œufs préalablement battus en omelette et les sachets de sucre vanillé alsa®. Mélangez. Laissez reposer la pâte 30 minutes. Dans une poêle légèrement huilée et bien chaude, versez votre pâte à l'aide d'une louche. Faites cuire votre crêpe sur feu vif puis retournez-la à l'aide d'une spatule en bois. Laissez dorer de l'autre côté. Garnissez et dégustez bien chaud ! Gâteau au chocolat + moelleux 60 g de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® - 60 g de farine - 200 g de chocolat - 125 g de sucre - 125 g de beurre - 4 œufs - 1 sachet de levure chimique alsa®. Préchauffez le four à 170°C. Faites fondre le chocolat et le beurre au bain marie. Réservez. Dans un saladier, battez au fouet les œufs avec le sucre, jusqu'à ce que le mélange devienne blanc et mousseux. Ajoutez la levure chimique alsa®, la farine et la Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA®. Incorporez ensuite le beurre et le chocolat fondus. Versez le mélange dans un moule à gâteau préalablement beurré. Enfournez 20 minutes. Béchamel+ légère 40 g de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® - 50 cl de lait - 20 g de beurre. Délayez la Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA® dans le lait froid. Versez le mélange dans une casserole et portez-le à ébullition en remuant constamment. Incorporez ensuite
