Preparation: RÉALISEZ VOTRE PAIN COMPLET OU MULTI-CÉRÉALES : INGRÉDIENTS : 250 g de farine blanche 250 g de farine complète ou multi-céréales 2 sachets de Levure de Boulangerie MAÏZENA® 350 ml d'eau 9 g de sel 1. Dans un saladier, mélangez les farines et la Levure de Boulangerie MAÏZENA® avec une cuillère en bois. 2. Ajoutez l'eau tiède, le sel et pétrissez 15 minutes en écrasant la pâte à la paume de la main jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien homogène et se décolle parfaitement du saladier. Recouvrez le saladier d'un torchon et laissez reposer 20 minutes dans un endroit entre 22°C et 25°C. 3. Versez la pâte dans un moule à cake de 28 à 30 cm, préalablement huilé ou beurré et la recouvrir d'un torchon. Si vous ne possédez pas ce type de moule, il est également possible de diviser la pâte en 2 boules rondes de taille égale, afin d'obtenir 2 pains en boule. Il suffira de les disposer sur une plaque et de les aplatir légèrement avant de les laisser reposer. 4. Laissez de nouveau lever la pâte 60 minutes dans un endroit entre 22°C et 25°C. 5. Préchauffez votre four à 240°C (th. 8) pendant 10 minutes. Saupoudrez votre pain de farine pour lui donner un aspect boulanger. Enfournez à 240°C (th. 8) pendant 30 minutes.

Conservation conditions: À conserver dans un endroit frais et sec. Après ouverture, le sachet de levure de boulangerie se conserve au réfrigérateur et s'utilise dans les 48 h.
