Cette recette perpétue la tradition liquoriste bourguignonne pour le plus grand plaisir des amateurs de crèmes de cassis authentiques et généreuses. Cette crème se déguste pure bien fraîche ou en nappage. En mélange, elle se marie idéalement avec vins blancs tranquilles ou vins pétillants.
