Preparation: Autre - pour 4 personnes , il faut ajouter : 500 g de viande de boeuf hachée, 1 poivron, 2 tomates, 1 oignon, 1 pot de crème fraiche épaisse.Préparation de la garniture : dans une poêle, faites chauffer l'huile et revenir l'oignon et le poivron finenement émincés quelques minurtes. Ajioutez la viande et laissez le tout bien dorer upuis saupoudrez avec l'assaisonnement et la suace fournie dans le kit .Laissez le tout cuire 5 à 7 minutes , les légumes devant rester croquants.Préparation des tortillas de blé : réchauffez les tortillas une à une dans une poêle anti-adhésive ou réchauffez les tortillas empilées 10 minutes au four traditionnel à 180°C (faites réchauffeur votre four pendant 10 minutes au préalable), en prenant soin de les recouvrir d'aluminium. Vous pouvez également les réchaulleur 1 minute à pleine puissance au four à micro-ondes, empilées recouvertes d'u film transparent. A table ! Présentez tous les ingrédients sur la table : les tortillas , la garniture de sauce et de viande, les tomates coupées en dés et la crème fraîche......et composez vous-même vos burritos au gré de vos envies !
