Preparation: SANS DECONGELATION PREALABLE. Au four (210°C - TH.7): Etaler la quantité désirée de beignets de choux-fleurs dans un plat adapté. Enfourner à chaud et laisser cuire 15 à 20 minutes, en remuant à mi-cuisson. A la poêle : Sans ajouter de matière grasse, déposer la quantité désirée de beignets de choux-fleurs dans une poêle chaude et laisser chauffer 3 à 4 minutes de chaque côté.
