Preparation: Facile à ouvrir (picto) -Prévoir d'ajouter 1L de lait demi-écrémé pour 1 sachet. 1.Ajoutez le contenu d'un sachet de sirop de caramel dans un moule en verre et bien le répartir avant de placer le moule au congélateur pour que le caramel durcisse. 2.Portez à ébullition 1L de lait demi-écrémé dans une grande casserole. Versez dans le lait bouillant le contenu d'un sachet de poudre. Ajoutez un sachet de raisins et délayez à l'aide d'un fouet. Ramenez à bonne ébullition, et faites cuire 7 minutes à feu doux tout en remuant. 3.Hors du feu, laissez tiédir 30 minutes. Remuer de temps en temps pour bien répartir les raisins dans le gâteau de semoule. 4.Retirez le moule en verre du congélateur. Versez la préparation dans le moule puis placez votre gâteau de semoule au moins 2 heures au réfrigérateur. 5.Démouler avant de servir.
