Preparation: Vorbereitung: Die aufgetauten Lachsfiletstücke unter kaltem Wasser abspülen und trocken tupfen., Zubereitung in der Pfanne: Bratöl erhitzen. Zuerst die Seite ohne Haut bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 4 Minuten braten. Filetstücke wenden und die Hautseite weitere 4 Minuten knusprig braten., Zubereitung im Backofen: Backofen vorheizen (Ober-/Unterhitze: 200 °C). Die Lachsfiletstücke mit Hautseite nach oben auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech legen. Im Backofen 10 –12 Minuten backen.

Conservation conditions: ***- Fach (-18 °C) mindestens haltbar bis: siehe Seitenlasche *- Fach (-6°C) 2 Tage Kühlschrank 1 Tag Nach dem Auftauen nicht wieder einfrieren!; Bei - 18 °C mindestens haltbar bis: siehe Seitenlasche
