Other information: "Nous avons conservé la recette ancestrale pour élaborer la galette de sarrasin Reflets de France. La farine, provenant directement de l'ouest de la France est simplement mélangée à de l'eau et à du sel de Guérande. La galette est ensuite cuite sur une plaque de fonte avec de l'huile de tournesol. Cette cuisson à haute température lui confère une texture aérée et une belle couleur châtaigne. " Bernard Jarnoux, crêpier dans les Côtes d'Armor préparées en Bretagne, selon la recette ancestrale

Preparation: Faites fondre quelques noix de beurre dans une grande poêle et étalez-y votre galette sans la plier. Garnissez-la uniquement sur une moitié avec au choix du jambon, du fromage râpé, un oeuf, des champignons, des lardons, des tomates, etc.. Recouvrez ces ingrédients de l'autre moitié de la galette puis laissez cuire le tout à feu doux en retournant une fois. C'est prêt ! Soyez inventifs, les recettes ne manquent pas !

Conservation conditions: A conserver au froid entre 0°C et 4°C. Conditionné sous atmosphère protectrice. A consommer dans les 48h suivant l'ouverture du produit.
